Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf

Meatloaf recipe from and with thanks to my friend, Debbie, glaze inspired by The Slow Roasted Italian

Ingredients

    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 cup quick oats
    • 1 1/4 cups milk
    • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup ketchup store-bought or homemade ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
