No-bake strawberry cake is a great choice for a summer dessert. When it’s hot and you don’t want to turn on the oven, this recipe comes to the rescue. It is light, not too sweet, and very tasty.

Strawberries: 600 g (500 g cubed for the filling, 100 g whole for decoration)
Cottage cheese: 200 g
Yogurt: 200 g
Sugar: 100 g
Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
Sour cream: 200 g
Gelatin: 10 g
Milk: 150 ml (100 ml for dissolving gelatin, 50 ml to add after heating)
Grated chocolate: For decoration
Cling film: To line the springform pan
