First prepare the filling. To do this, mix the quark with egg yolks, sugar, pudding powder, vanilla sugar and milk.

Now prepare the dough: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add oil, continue beating, then add milk and finally stir in the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder in portions.

Put some cocoa dough into the greased and flour-dusted bundt cake tin, put half of the quark filling on top, cover it again with the cocoa dough, put the rest of the quark filling on top and finally spread the rest of the cocoa dough on top.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. After 30 minutes, cover with aluminum foil.

Let the bundt cake cool down and only then turn it out.

Cover with a glaze made from egg whites mixed with sugar or just dust with powdered sugar, for example.
