INGREDIENTS
3 1/4 cups (400 g) all-purpose flour;
1 teaspoon salt;
7 g dry yeast;
1 tsp (5 g) baking soda;
30 g (2 tablespoons) sugar;
1 egg;
100 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) hot milk;
2 apples, peeled and sliced.
