How to Make Hashbrown Casserole:

Among your favorite side dishes ever is hashbrown casserole! Just toss together frozen hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper, pour into a casserole dish, and bake for less than an hour!

Making It:

This dish comes together so fast and easy, and that’s what I love about it. The most crucial—and time-consuming—step is ensuring the frozen hashbrowns are thawed in advance so they’re ready to use. Once they’re ready, all you have to do is:

  1. Make sure everything is well mixed together in a large bowl.
  2. Spread into a 9 by 13-inch baking dish and bake until bubbling and golden at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. If you like, top with some chopped fresh chives or parsley.
