Incredibly tasty and easy to prepare! Flatbreads filled with minced meat are a great way to eat!

Ingredients :
Dough :
550g flour
240 ml lukewarm water
40 ml
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
150g yogurt
Filling :
600 – 620 g minced meat (lamb)
2 large onions, peeled and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger, finely diced
½ bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon pepper, fresh from the mill
1 TL Thyme
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tl cardamom
½ tsp ground cumin
