Pancakes filled with curd cream


For the dough:
200 g sour cream
2 pcs eggs
2 cups (250 ml) flour
1 cup carbonated mineral water
5 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated lemon peel

For the curd cream:
250 g quark
1 pack of paradise cream with vanilla flavor
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
250 ml of milk
