Strawberry cake with cocoa sponge and yoghurt

Ingredients

FOR THE SPONGE BASE:
2 meter large egg(s)
75 g sugar
1 pinch(s) of salt
100 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon coffee powder (cappuccino), unsweetened

FOR THE topping:
400 g strawberries, cleaned, chopped into small pieces
40 g biscuits (amarettini) or ladyfingers, crumbled
For the filling: (1st filling)
200 g natural yogurt (whole milk, 3.5%)
250 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
4 Sheets of gelatine
60 g sugar
For the filling: (2nd filling)
300 g yogurt (vanilla, 5.0%)
150 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
1 point vanilla sugar
1 pinch saffron powder
4 leaves gelatine

FOR THE DECORATION:
150 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff,
a few strawberries
a few cookies (amarettini)
