Swiss brioche for a snack

Ingredients:

For the dough:
– 10 cl of milk
– 30 g of butter
– 20 g of sugar
– 1 small egg
– 280 g of flour
– 1/2 sachet of baker’s
🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞 yeast
For the filling:
– 2 egg yolks
– 20 g of cornstarch
– 60 g of caster
sugar – 25 cl of milk
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla
flavouring – 100 g chocolate chips
– + 1 egg yolk for browning
