Tuna pasta casserole, a top recipe!


for 2 people:

About 250 gr of pasta of your choice (I had penne)
1 small red onion
1 jar or can of tuna in olive oil
2 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 fresh chilli pepper
Salt, pepper, oregano
Freshly squeezed lemon OR a sip of white wine
About 250ml cream
1 tsp tomato paste
About 100 to 150 g grated cheese of your choice (I had a mixture of Emmental, medium-aged Gouda and freshly grated Grana Padano)
