Apple pies are definitely one of my favorite pies because of their taste and of course how easy they are to prepare.
Ingredients
For the dough:
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 cup = 200 ml) sugar
1 cup milk
2 packs vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
Apples as needed
For the cream:
1 egg
1 tbsp potato starch
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
