Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix the sugar with the yolks until foamy, add the oil and water, sift the flour with the baking powder and fold in the egg whites. Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 180° top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes.

Make a pudding from pudding powder, apple juice and sugar. Grate the peeled apples and add them to the pudding. Spread the cream on the sponge cake and let it cool. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
