Crispy Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta

  1. 750 gr penne pasta
  2. 3 pieces chicken breast
  3. 50 grams butter
  4. 200 gr cream cheese
  5. 200 ml heavy cream
  6. 450 gr mozzarella cheese
  7. Salt, powdered garlic, and other spices

  10. 400 ml milk

    Split the three chicken breasts into thin 6 slices and beat them with a meat tenderizer

    Beat two eggs and on another plate mix the breadcrumbs and spices, and place the chicken breasts there and make sure they’re covered in the mixture.

    Place them in a preheated pan with butter and oil and cook them for about 15 minutes and set aside.

    In a pot, add about 750gr penne pasta to boil about 20 minutes.

    In another pot, melt about 35 up to 50 grams of butter and add two table spoons of flour

    Once the flour is goldem brown, add the cream cheese and heavy cream, and stir continuously once it is really thick. Proceed on adding milk until the texture is light and add seasonings, i added garlic powder, salt, mixed spices, etc, and stirred.

    Mix continuously on medium to high heat and add about 200 gr mozzarella and continue mixing. Once it’s gotten a thick consistency, you can add a little milk again, but about 50 to 85 ml, and lower the temperature.

    Add the boiled penne pasta and add appropriately 2 table spoons of mozzarella cheese. On top of it, add the sauce.
    Cut the roasted crispy chicken breast into strings and add it at the top of your dish and ENJOY
