Fantastic strawberry cream cubes
Ingredients
6 pieces egg whites
150g sugar
6 egg yolks
110 g ground walnuts
2 tbsp flour
4 tablespoons coarsely grated chocolate
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the cream:
2 packs of gelatin powder
500 g natural yogurt
500 ml whipped cream
220g powdered sugar
1kg strawberries
Aside from that :
1 pack of puff pastry
55g powdered sugar
