Flatbread filled

Flatbread filled with minced meat

Ingredients :

Dough :
550 g flour
240 ml lukewarm water
40 ml oil
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
150 g yoghurt

Filling :
600 – 620 g minced meat (lamb)
2 large onions, peeled and finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger, finely diced
½ bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp pepper, fresh from the mill
1 tsp Thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt
¼ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cumin
