1 medium banana mashed well
8 oz crushed pineapple well drained (reserve juice)
3 large eggs room temperature
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup shredded coconut do not toast

½ cup pecans toasted and finely chopped
1 cup white chocolate
1 tbsp shortening
