Ingredients:

    • 500 grams of minced meat
    • Salt, to taste
    • Dry garlic, to taste
    • 1 egg
    • Hop Suneli spice blend, to taste
    • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 tbsp satsebelli sauce
    • 1 glass of water
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • 2 tsp sugar
  • A bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 3-5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
