- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
Mascarpone Filling
- 2 cups (450g) mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup (65g) confectioner sugar, divided
- 3 tablespoons lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup (425ml) heavy whipping cream, very cold
To assemble
