Orange Pound Cake

Ingredients

 45 minutes
 Standard Loaf Tin
  1. 125 g Butter
  2. 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  3. 3 Eggs *must be at room temperature
  4. Zest of 1 Orange *finely grated
  5. Juice of 1 Orange *about 80ml
  6. 1 & 1/4 cups Self-Raising Flour
  7. Orange Icing
  8. 1/2 cup Icing Sugar *about 60g
  9. 1 tablespoon Orange Juice *1 tablespoon is 15ml
  10. Zest of 1/2 Orange *finely grated
  11. Orange Syrup
  12. 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  13. 2 tablespoons Caster Sugar
  14. 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier *OR Cointreau, Brandy, Whisky, etc
