Ingredients
For the dough (3x):
3 egg whites
5 tbsp sugar
100 g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
For the cream:
500 g mascarpone
360 ml whipped cream
5 tbsp powdered sugar
Aside from that :
Grated coconut for sprinkling
Raffaello balls to decorate
