Sweet Chicken Satay

Cut cubes fillet chicken thighs, marinate with lemon juice and salt, mix it well.

Chopper garlic cloves, shallots, cashew, and galangal until ground. Add brown sugar, ground coriander, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper, and water into the chopper and blend it well.

Pouring the ground spices into the chicken cuts, mixed well. Marinate and set aside for 30 minutes.

Soaking the wooden skewers in water for half an hour. This will prevent them from burning when cooking. Until 30 minutes, take the skewers out of the water and give them a shake to remove excess water. Then thread the chicken into the skewers, and place the skewers on a plate.

Mixing margarine and sweet soy sauce, brush a mixture onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the griddle and cook in the oven 200*C for 8 – 10 minutes each side.

Place the skewers on plates. Serve with sweet soy sauce sambal and rice.
