– 1 kg of ready-made baklava dough sheets (Korah),
– 900 g chopped walnuts,
– 100 g finely chopped walnuts,
– 150 g sugar,
– 250 g butter and 100 ml oil.
Syrup (dressing): 1 kg sugar, water and lemon.
