- 2 pounds ground beef my preference is 80/20
- ⅔ cup quick cook oats
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup sweet and spicy barbecue sauce plus more for serving
- 1 tablespoon reserved bacon grease
