▢1½ cups graham cracker crumbs about 16 crackers worth (gluten free crackers work fine)
▢¼ cup butter melted
▢2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Cheesecake Layer
▢24 ounces cream cheese softened
▢¾ cup white sugar
▢3 eggs
▢1 tablespoon vanilla
Pumpkin Pie Layer
▢¾ cup pumpkin puree
▢1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
▢Optional topping: Vanilla Whipped Cream
