Ingredients :
24 Oreo cookies, divided
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Directions :
Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Pulse 14 Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
Add melted butter and pulses until well blended.
Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer.
