Chocolate orange cheesecake

Celebrate Easter with this delicious Chocolate Orange Cheesecake! How to do it:

Ingredients :

For the Easter egg:
1 large Easter egg (approx. 150 g, I used a chocolate-orange egg)
For the cookie base:
60g digestive biscuits
25 g butter or baking spread, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
235 g full-fat cream cheese
35g powdered sugar
15g cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp orange extract
95 ml double cream
For decoration (optional):
2 segments Terry’s chocolate orange, melted
4 segments Terry’s chocolate orange
18 chocolate orange mini eggs
2 milk chocolate eggs
