LEMON & POPPY SEED SCONES

INGREDIENTS

Yield: 8 scones

1 2/3 cup (225 g) gluten free flour
2 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp poppy seeds (adjust depending on your taste)
1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter, cold
1 large egg
1 organic lemon, zest and juice
1/4 cup of lactose-free milk (either cow’s milk or vegetal milk)
