Strawberry cake with vanilla pudding – Very creamy, very tasty!!

Cream preparation:

500 ml milk (2 cups)
2 egg yolks
40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon ground vanilla bean or liquid vanilla extract
200 g cream cheese (3/4 cup)
50 g crème fraîche ( or cream cheese) 1/5 cup

Strawberry icing:
4 sheets of gelatin (7 g)
400 g strawberries (fresh or thawed)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar (if the strawberries are very sweet, less)
Chill the strawberry cake for at least 4 hours.
