Strawberry cake with vanilla pudding – Very creamy, very tasty!!

Ingredients/Recipe : (1 cup = 250 ml)

Dough:
2 larger eggs
A pinch of salt
1 pack vanilla sugar
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
170 g flour (1 1/5 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
80 ml carbonated orange soda (1/3 cup)
Baking tin: 18 x 28 cm ( 7 x 10.5 inches)
Bake at 170 °C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.

Strawberry jam
About 200 g strawberries (1 1/2 cups)
