250 ml milk (1 cup)
50 g sugar (1/4 cup)
1 pack vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
200 g ground poppy seeds (1 4/5 cup)
3 larger eggs
A pinch of salt
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
60 g flour (2/5 cup) + 30 g cornstarch (3 heaped tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
30 g butter (3 tablespoons) Baking
tin: 18 x 28 cm (7 x 10.5 inches)
180 °C ( 356 °F) Top and bottom heat about 15 minutes Bake
About 5 apples
Lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
100 ml (2/5 cup) apple juice
20 g cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
500 g mascarpone (2 cups )
100g white chocolate
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
About 50g white chocolate
