Cinnamon rolls with cotton dough like clouds
Ingredients ..
■Tablespoon of instant yeast
■One and a half cups of warm milk
■2 tablespoons of sugar
■Teaspoon of vinegar
■1/4 cup of yogurt
■1/2 cup of oil with a tablespoon of melted butter
■Half a teaspoon of vanilla
■ The white of an egg just adds tenderness.
■5 cups of white flour
■ Teaspoon of baking powder
■Half a tablespoon of salt.
Filling components ..
Cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of white sugar
Half a tablespoon of starch.
☆☆ Mix the ingredients and set aside.
Ingredients for white sauce.
■ A cup but a quarter of powdered sugar
■ Cup but a quarter ■ Milk powder
■6 triangle cheeses
■Half a teaspoon of vanilla.
■Pinch of salt
■A quarter cup of water
Put them in the blender and mix well
