Preparation – recipe:
Separate 4 eggs.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites. Gradually add 70 g of sugar.
Add 300 g Greek yogurt to the egg yolks.
1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla extract
Zest half a lemon (organic – untreated)
A little lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g cornstarch
