Italian Almond Cookies

Crunchy, chewy, sweet, and nutty, these Italian Almond Cookies are one of the best things to come out of my kitchen.


    • 8 ounces almond paste NOT marzipan or almond cake filling
    •  cup sugar
    • 2 egg whites
    • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate chips
